ICCB will work with you, at your facility for one day. Typical tasks will include a management seminar, or meetings to explain the PPC&E (Performance Planning and Evaluation) Appraisal System and the Merit Pay System.
An example seminar would be: MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES, and would cover: Merit Pay; Job Level System; Performance Planning; Employee Counseling, and Evaluation System.
A properly implemented and managed system would increase management and employee satisfaction; contribute to improving "bottom-line" results; and assist in employee retention.
Implementation by ICCB
If the client requests follow-on work, it may be done on a time and material (T&M) contract, on a Firm Fixed Bid (FFB) contract, or a combination of payment methods.
Typical implementation tasks would involve ICCB working with the Client to determine and project the total employee compensation package for an upcoming time period.
Included will be items such as:
ICCB can help establish Methods for Merit pay; Bonus payments; Award payments; considering the cost of Employee benefits; Pensions payments; and more.
Job Level System: ICCB can help establish job levels that will be based on the employee's responsibility and their impact to the business, also the required employee education and skill.
Pay Range System: ICCB can help establish minimums and maximums pay ranges, where pay is adjusted based on the employee's appraisal. An employee can earn more money by
1. improving their performance,
2. by being promoted,
3. Or if inflation is high, by sustaining his performance.
ICCB will discuss the Merit Pay System and the Effect of Inflation across time:
Performance Planning, Counseling & Evaluating (PPC&E): ICCB can demonstrate ways to establish good communications between the Manager and their employees. The method of Evaluation will be Management by Objectives. One advantage of this method is that it places performance responsibility on the employee.
